Haven Counseling, a growing Albuquerque group practice, is seeking independently and non-independently licensed clinicians (LPCC, LMHC, P-LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) to join our team.

What We Offer:

• Flexible Schedule: Create your own schedule, including full-time, part-time, and time off options. We require a minimum of 25 open slots per week.

• Supportive Environment: We believe in collaboration and finding the right fit for both therapists and clients.

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $55-$70 per session (1099 independent contractor position). Employees compensated for clinical and administrative hours.

• Technology-Driven: We utilize a cloud-based EHR system for efficient record-keeping.

• In-Person and Telehealth: We offer a hybrid model with at least two days of in-person sessions required.

• Community Focus: We value building a strong team environment and believe in treating everyone with respect.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Licensed therapists in New Mexico (LPCC, LMHC, P-LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).

• Minimum of two specialties in referral base, modality, or combination. Non-independently licensed Clinicians willing to train and develop a specialty with support of Haven Counseling.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor.

• Ability to work independently (supervision provided for non-independently licensed LMHC’s).

• Commitment to using a cloud-based EHR system.

• Passion for therapy and a desire to grow your abilities and career as a therapist.
